Products and prices
Product information, prices and available sizes are shown on each product page. All prices are displayed in euros. Delivery costs are added at checkout.
Product colours may vary slightly depending on the customer’s screen settings.
Orders and payments
An order is confirmed once payment has been received and an order confirmation has been sent by email.
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Payments are securely processed by third-party payment providers. VAYE does not store full card details.
Delivery
Available delivery methods, costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by the delivery provider, public holidays, customs or other circumstances outside VAYE’s control.
The customer is responsible for providing correct contact and delivery information.
Pre-orders
The estimated preparation or shipping time for pre-order and made-to-order products is stated on the product page.
If there is a significant delay, the customer will be informed and may cancel the order.
Returns and exchanges
Customers have the right to return an online purchase within 14 days of receiving it.

Return instructions and the return address will be sent after the form has been submitted.
Returned products must be unworn, unused and clean, with all original labels and tags attached. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost and the parcel until it reaches VAYE.
The right of return also applies to discounted products.
Personalised products or items made according to the customer’s individual specifications cannot be returned unless they are defective.
Refunds are issued using the original payment method within 14 days after the return request. VAYE may withhold the refund until the returned product or proof of return has been received.
If the entire order is returned, the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method will also be refunded.
Exchanges depend on product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, the customer may receive a refund.
Defective or incorrect products
If a product is defective, damaged or incorrect, please contact support@vaye.eu and include the order number, a description and photographs of the issue.
Customers may submit a complaint regarding a product defect within two years of receiving the product.
Discount codes
Discount codes must be entered before completing the order. Unless otherwise stated, only one discount code may be used per order.
Disputes and applicable law
These Terms are governed by Estonian law without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that apply in the customer’s country of residence.

Changes
VAYE may update these Terms when necessary. The Terms valid at the time of purchase apply to the order.
